Long Bui is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of American Studies at Wesleyan University. Previously, holding academic appointments as the University of California President’s Postdoctoral Fellow in the Ethnic Studies Department at UC Riverside and the Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Asian American Studies Department at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He received a PhD in Ethnic Studies from the Department of Ethnic Studies at UC San Diego with a designated concentration in gender/sexuality as well as cultural/media studies.
